  • In August of 1990, the company started operations in the greater Montreal area as a federally incorporated Canadian company under the name of Stephasco Lab Inc.

    At its humble beginnings, operations consisted in the distribution of cleaning chemicals sold to institutional, industrial as well as municipal and provincial governments.

    In 2001, to take advantage of economies of scale, a significant part of the company was purchased by Chemisphere Inc.

    In recent years, as the company became more involved in inorganic water treatment chemicals, its name was changed to Aquasphere Coagulants Inc. to better reflect its operations.

    At present Aquasphere produces poly-aluminum coagulants in both liquid and dry forms.  Click for details>>
